Doctor Who OC: Shard and the Space Fork

The Master steepled his fingers and looked across the table in classic evil-villain style.

"I want you to control the energy of a Rift using that -" he paused, waving a hand at the metal rod on Shard's back.

"Could the words you're looking for be 'Temporal Core Manipulator?" Shard asked innocently.

"That doesn't even make any sense," said the Master irritably.

"I know, but it sounds so good." Shard grinned at Martha. "I also call it my Space Fork. You know, 'cause it looks a little bit like a fork."

Meet Shard, a supporting OC in one of my DW fanfictions I'm trying to get round to finishing (It's actually based off this image, but it's not really coming together how I want it to, so I may publish it, I may not )

Shard isn't really that developed as a character - all I know is that she's of a species similar to Time Lords, and she uses her 'space fork' and various other talents and bits of equipment to clear up the temporal messes left behind by all the Doctor and the Master's cosmic meddling. _{Ever wonder why the human race conveniently forgets things all the time? Yep, that's Shard's handiwork.}

She gets along quite well with both the Doctor and the Master, who both know they can call her in times of need (at a price, of course). She's very energetic, spontaneous and prone to mood swings. She also has a crapload of confidence and enjoys tinkering with stuff. Also she doesn't have much of a concept of personal hygiene :')
