So happy with how this turned out :heart:
This is a picture I drew of my good buddy x-BeeDo-x in which I decided to make her into a Time LordLady? for fun! :la:

I kinda based the costume quite loosely on Gallifreyan robes because I couldn't be bothered to adhere to the original costume designs it looked cool :D
