I never could resist a ticking clock

I spent aaaggggesss on this, but I'm very pleased with it

So I heard this line in 'The Last of the Time Lords' and yeah. This cute idea popped into my head - look at his little drooly face!

I know, the clock looks really weird but I haven't drawn a proper clock before. Also hey, if chibi people have big faces and eyes, chibi clocks have big faces and numbers!
Anyway, who thinks I went overboard on the shinyness?
Also - I don't know where that random blue light is coming from. I like random blue lights
